Convicted violent criminals being let out without the input of the DA; unqualified probation officers overseeing convicted criminals because they know someone in power; clerk magistrates spending their day in bars while collecting their paychecks; back logs of up to a year to get a case to trial; cops shooting innocent citizens by accident; and innocent men spending 30 yrs in jail for crimes they did not commit. Somewhere along the road to a fair and equitable justice system, we have lost our way and failed miserably at protecting the innocent as well as at punishing the guilty. And how much hope do we have of fixing this system when the people who are tasked with fixing it, our state legislators, just elected to the position of speaker of the house a man who is personally involved in some of these issues, at least in the probation department scandal, and clearly is not an ethical man. The lunatics are running the asylum here in MA, and we are all going to suffer. My fellow residents in Framingham, a question for all of you to ponder. Do you think DeLeo is an honest man who should be leading our house of representatives? And for those of you who honestly say no, which hopefully is the majority, how do you think your new State Rep Walsh voted on this, his first vote as our state rep?Ever vigalenthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17242343632047235836noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8517736040315331529.post-71794508944796862162011-01-06T14:01:20.338-05:002011-01-06T14:01:20.338-05:00Ironic to see a story about a cop being killed bec...Ironic to see a story about a cop being killed because the parole board made a mistake, and a story about a cop making a mistake and killing an innocent man in the same blog. Guess all those cops screaming about the parole board making a mistake and how they should be punished for it will all be screaming that this cop who made a mistake should be punished by going to jail also. Yeah, fat chance of that happening.new to blogginghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03352746883543142860noreply@blogger.com
