Is it the dirver or do we as taxpayers cover this expense? If we are paying for it, then no more of these should be installed. Keep the damm drunks off the road. If they have to pay for the devices themselves, then charge them 10 times the actual cost, but the extra 9 times worth in the Commonwealths general fund, and install these for everyone who asks for one.
