Five O can rake in the bucks

93 officers on the state police payroll earned over $150,000 last year.

9 actually earned over $200,000, including 1 trooper (not a sergeant or Lt. or Captain, a trooper)

And they still get Quinn money.

I trust it's mostly detail pay and overtime, but one has to wonder how this happens in these troubled times.

PS: Nice to see this is not a one issue campaign!

State cops earning more than our governor, what does that tell you about how the system works in MA? They have to be running scared this year, as they should be. Even cops are not outside the scissors when it comes to budget cuts. Sounds like there are some pretty well paid cops doing detail work from these figures. Where do you get this stuff Jim?
