Should FPD report crime stats yearly for the entire city on the city web site?

Should FPD officers who wear body-cams get a raise for using them?

Instead of increasing hourly rate to wear the body-cams, why not just call it a "honesty stipend", paid once a year, say 100.00 dollars.
