Some justice for DiMasi

The retirement board has officially suspended Sal's 5k a month pension benefit. Although, the state coughed up 25 k in previously withheld checks to Sal, the Feds had asked the State to hold off on any action until after the criminal case is resolved. Some time next year we will see the end of this best example of the corrupt Beacon Hill politics, just in time for the elections.

And now after Suffolk Superior court judge Frank Gaziano in a 40 page ruling, says that two top legislators, House Speaker Pro Tempore Thomas Petrolati and Westport Rep Michael Rodrigues may have had more to do with the Vitale/DiMasi role in getting legislation approved.

The long of this will show that others did help DiMasi and Vitale and it's my guess that there will be two more corrupt legislators leaving, along with the now famous Senator from Cambridge (Galluccio) who was involved in a hit and run accident a month ago. His attorney has entered a plea of not guilty to the charges of leaving the scene of an accident after causing personal injuries and property damage. And he still has his drivers licence.
