Sexual Harassment at Town Hall or.... where you work
The flood gates have opened all around us. Weinstien and Senator Moore have given women and men.. the confidence to come out the closet.. and tell their story. Every industry seems to be effected. I wonder if there are Town employee's who have suffered or still suffer harassment at the Local government level.
Tonight I heard about Charlie Rose. An icon in the industry and in my mind as well. Tomorrow will be another person, celebrity, politician in the news hitting on fellow employees.
So this page is completely anonymous and if you have been harassed at work.. I'm thinking public safety is prime hunting ground, after all, if they are willing to steal, kill, or sue their employer, cheat on OT and sick time, they may be willing to go to any lengths to get what they want.
No names.. or names.. I'm just interested, after all, we are just like most America.

there is a new city councilor who most assuredly has harassed women. wonder if his new girlfriend knows about his past exploits, many with women right here in Framingham. but no one has the guts to stand up to him and now that he is a city councilor that ain't going to change

What kind of a councilman says that?
Who says that? Someone who is all about what is good for him and screw everyone else including his constituents, thats who. I am sure we have not seen the last of Cannon's mistakes and appalling behavior. I have to say I like Priscilla Souza and even voted for her in the preliminary. But if she is falling for the bull this little guy is spewing, she is not the smart woman I thought she was. Cannon is a man who belittles women. We have all see him do it on the skatepark video. What makes anyone think he has suddenly become respectful of women? Souza is just going to be his latest victim, although I suspect he sees her as a political benefit to his career so he is going to try and hold on to her longer than all those other bimbos he has run through. He had a lien placed on his property for failure to pay his state income tax, his house was in foreclosure, and he requested to be on the agenda at a Selectmen't meeting to try and get out of paying his water bill. And we elected him to be a city councilor. What does that say about all of us?
And now Matt Lower.. and Senate Pres Rosenberg's husband. Baker has called for an investigation... that's like the cops investigating the cops. Nothing good comes from this. But as we all know, many gay men act inappropriately. And if the stories pan out.. how will Beacon Hill deal with it?
Who's next? Who will tell on whom at the State House?
It is not just gay men that act inappropriately Jim, it is true of many heterosexual men also.
I agree.
Not sure who is more prone to harass, but we don't have as many rest stops on Rte 3 anymore because of the gay men who trolled them.
Frankin resigns along with a few others, but Trump and Moore are still here. Were is the justice? When will it end? or will it ever?
