Does a candidates voting record count?

Last election cycle, candidates voting records were published. Did it matter to the outcome? Nope, Should it have ? Yup. So I filed a FIOA with the clerks office on 4 candidates running. We already knew about Tilden from the council race.

I make no judgements here.. just the facts.

Blandford missed 1 local in 2017, 1 State Primary in 2016 and 1 local in 2016. Didn't vote at all in 15,14,13,12,11,10

Robinson missed 1 local in 14 and 13 and 12 and 1 special, 1 primary and Presidential primary in 2011.

Feeney missed 1 local in 2016, 1 local in 2013, 1 Presidenatil Primary and one State Primary in 2012

Gatling hasn't missed a voting opportunity since 2010.

When is Tilden going to pull his signs from public property?

It's free speech.

Its free speech if he's holding it. But isn't it littering if it's left there unattended?

that's a grey area. Most candidates leave there signs on public property and that has been a general rule of thumb over the past 20 years or so during an election. Some Towns provide public space for yard signs, but not Framingham.
When I ran in 2002, i pulled a permit to be there and had signs on the common while I was there. I had inadvertently left a few and a past BOS ordered the DPW to take the down, which they did and threw them in the trash. Someone dropped a dime on them and I went and picked them up. I contacted the ACLU, and they sent a letter to the Town. I never pursued it, but could have. It's tricky during an election when candidates try for name recognition.
