The passing of George W
Not that I was a fan.... but nobody on earth does it better than we do in paying tribute to a war hero and past president. The Military really do shine at times like this. I was riveted to the ceremonies yesterday and I admit, with tears in my eyes. Those guys and gals must practice like crazy to perform their duties. Americans can feel proud of this country as I do.

Great to see so many from both sides of the political aisle putting aside their differences for this event. I did get a laugh out of Trump sitting there listening to so many people say what a gentleman and successful diplomat the former president was. Not words you would use to describe our current president for sure
Good point.. he sat there with his arms crossed looking angry.But what a send off for George HW Bush. I kept thinking of all the other past presidents and how they must think of their own passing someday. I was happy to see Jimmy Carter and his wife.
