The Anual Report for Framingham

Have a looksee at this report. Among other things that may be of interest is the City Solicitor section 101. You can see how many cops are still suing the City. And our old friend Brian Siminoe is in the list of legal challenges our city faces. Petrini Associates is bringing in a boat load of money to the City and is paid well in doing so.
Police and Fire are also worthy of a glance.

I have to ask if we are paying this lawyer all this money why does it seem that the city loses more than 80% of the cases that go to court? Is the lawyer so dumb he is not trying to settle cases we are going to lose anyway, or is the city administration not listening to what the lawyer is telling them about these cases. That is a lot of money for a local attorney to be making if you ask me.

Is Siminoe still an employee of Framingham? For some reason I thought we got rid of him a while ago.

This is all fantasy. You don't really expect then to put in writing how bad things really are do you?

And I should care about this why?

I just finished reading this report and am wondering about so much that is not included here. Seems like an effort to paint a particular picture of the city, not necessarily a complete picture of the city. That being said, it is worth the time to read and become informed, especially so for those that spend a lot of time complaining about what is happening here in Framingham.

the report SHOULD be read by all taxpayers, but sadly it will not be. It's jammed packed with facts and figures.

I would expect honesty in any report from City Hall

Petrini knows the charter and he works for the Mayor.

Simeone is still at FPD as far as I know as assistant to the Chief, even after all the bad press that follows him.
