An empty State House?

While the collective State holds it's breath waiting for any signs of life from the State House... we get from the Globe, this:

Seems they must be conducting business elsewhere. Well, if that truly is the case, then we should consider shutting down the state house for most of the week. Why heat the building, and have the lights on and all that if no one ever shows up for work? THat would save us money. Require that in order to heat and light the building, they must have a quorom of the legislators show up. ANd then report in the public papers the days the state house is going to be open. If they new this was being watched and reported on, then maybe they would actually do something!
