This is the note I sent Mr. Suso today, inquiring about yesterday's love feast at Fuller.

On 1.14.10 I filed a complaint with the ethics commission asking if our Rep, pictured in last weeks MWDN working the phones at a realtors office on behalf of a candidate, during normal business hours constitutes unethical behavior.

Please note, that for years now, legislators have boasted that they are full time and when not working at the State House, what little work that is, they are out in their districts, meeting with constituents.

The question is, are we paying elected officials to campaign for others as part of their jobs?

I'd like to know if anyone disagrees with me on this?

Mr. Suso,

Good Day.

Would you please tell how much money our Town spent last evening to open the Fuller School for campaign purposes. Also, who arranged the opening of the school, who approved it from the Town and will there be a fee charged and to whom will the bill go?

I wasn't aware of a citizens right to open a school on a holiday and am very interested in knowing how this process works.

I got the straight skinny from Matt Torti, B&G Supervisor for the Framingham Schools. An above average public servant for sure and trust he wouldn't have given me false info.

Coakley's campaign reserved the school on 1/18. They are being billed a non profit in town rate and was billed, 2,047.50 dollars, plus a detail, I guess at 400.00 dollars.

As long as the campaign pays the bill, I'm happy with the outcome.

So... any one of us can rent the schools for any activity, target shooting is out and so is smoking and drinking, gambling, etc.
