Nine Boston Police officers were arrested for allegedly committing over $200K in overtime fraud

OT fraud is just part of the problem in law enforcement today. The self-entitled think they are above the laws everyone else has to live by. Thank goodness Andrew Lelling the federal prosecutor took this on or I'm willing to bet, Maura Healy would have done nothing.

Perhaps someday, Lelling will look into FPD overtime abuse.

Nine current and former Boston Police officers allegedly committed over $200,000 in overtime fraud while tasked with overseeing the department’s evidence warehouse over nearly three years, a federal indictment unsealed Wednesday alleges.

Boston police, state police and are own Framingham police with officers being caught stealing from the evidence locker and killing innocent civilians. We have become a corrupt state and it has not all happened under Trump. The question is how do we fix these issues of police being entitled to get away with....well anything...including murder?

I am sick of hearing about bad cops. There are lots of them and we all know it but until the culture changes the bad cops will continue to get away with it

We will have to wait to see if Beacon Hill (The House) will pass meaningful legislation that will effect every police department in the State.
