Tuesday's Jan 6th hearing
What a revealing proceeding. But if it wasn't clear to anyone, the pressure on the GOP members and the poll workers was just intense. From Trump asking the Georgia AG to find 11k votes to him asking the Senate President in Georgia to do something illegal and unconstitutional by replacing delegates and the worse part I heard was the lies Trump told about the poll worker, Ms. Moss and her mother Ruby. The two women have had their lives ruined by Trump's lies and character assignation. The two women have a strong case for a defamation suite.
From USA Today:
Tuesday's House hearings on the Jan. 6 Capitol attack focused on the pressure former President Donald Trump applied to state officials to overturn 2020 election results, including Trump’s infamous call to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger. Shaye Moss, an election worker from Fulton County, Georgia, testified about how she “became the target of nasty lies spread by President Trump and his allies” in the months after the 2020 election, Rep. Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., said in the hearing. On Facebook, she received threats, including racist ones. "A lot of them are just hateful," she said. Her mother, Ruby Freeman, is a former election worker and business owner known to the community as Lady Ruby. She also received threats, and even left her home for two months on the FBI's advice. "Do you know how it feels to have the president of the United States target you?" she asked. "There is nowhere I feel safe. Nowhere."

If you are listening to these hearings with an open mind no way you can walk away and think Trump did nothing wrong
How do we know these people testifying against Trump are not the ones lying?
How do we know the sky is blue..... come one... they evidence speaks volumes.
And if you saw pieces of the just released Trump video... he's clearly lying to himself as well as his supporters. In my opinion.
Well said Jim
Every hearing just makes him look worse. I do worry about the image of the US around the world as we listed to these hearings. They must think we are full of corrupt people who think they have the right to ignore the truth and the law. So grateful for those who have the background to appear publicly before this committee and speak the truth.
Sometimes the truth does not win, however karma always does
Better than that, they say the truth sets you free, but sometimes, the truth can do just the opposite of that. Let's hope this is one of those times.
