State Representative Paul McMurtry was cleared
I wrote about this rep when it was first reported. It didn't take long for the ad hoc committee to weigh in and shortly after DeLeo appoints him chair of the tourism committee.

State Representative Paul McMurtry
was cleared Wednesday by an ad hoc committee of state lawmakers that
investigated allegations that he grabbed the backside of an incoming legislator
during a legislative gathering late last year, concluding that if any contact
occurred, it was not intentional.

another case of covering up. Seems we read that a lot here. When are we as the constituents of these losers going to say enough is enough?
I agree... justice will never be achieved with them policing themselves.

I wonder how the woman who accused him is feeling now since this implies she lied which is pretty standard for women raising this issue at our State House. Anyone know which legislator raised this issue with McMurty?
