VA: Veteran suicide it's highest clinical priority

Our President has signed an executive order to amp up efforts to prevent veteran suicide. The order creates a Cabinet-level task force led by VA Sec Robert Wilkie. The Task Force will create a national plan to more effectively lower the numbers of veteran suicides.
Veterans needing any help can call the VA crisis line 800.273.8255 selecting option 1. You can also text a message to 838255 or chat with counselors on line.

How long will it take this newly created group to come up with their plan, and how many more veterans will take their lives before that happens?

We need to be better at taking care of our veterans. Our current system is not working and we know that. Time to do something about it both on the federal and state level. Framingham needs to do more for those living right here in our own city
