Ham radio tower stopped for now

How about those neighbors on Pleasant Street who did their homework and came out in numbers at the last ZBA hearing. It's worth watching. The 80' tower will not be allowed as of yet and I don't know if the applicant will take us to court over this. There does seem to be some question of who has the granting authority and under what law.
But my point is, when the masses stand up and make their points, in this case, they can have an impact on a decision. Good for them.

No place for this tower in a residential area. Good for the neighbors for speaking up
Lets hope this is just another pay day for Petrini and Associates. Any legal action may involve federal and State laws.
