Not many drivers out there
But according to the Globe and the Registry, as of April 1st, 135 drivers have been fined with 1 driver finder a second time. In the 5 weeks before April 1, over 9000 drivers were given warnings. I wonder how many tickets have been issued in Framingham as the few times I've ventured out, I've seen two drivers holding their phones while driving.

No surprise here. They need to make their quota of fine money every day, right?
for distracted driving while holding your phone.
I think it's 50.00 the first, 100.00 the second, third is points on your insurance and mandatory driving class
the 4th I'm not sure of
I wonder how many in Framingham?
i think there is nothing wrong with enforcing the law which is a good one and saves lives. n Can you find out Jim how many of these tickets have been written in Framingham? I would also like to know how many have been written by the Staties as they are the ones with a history of writing tickets to meet quotas

Not sure if I can get the State's numbers.... it may take a Globe reporter and lot of lawyers to get those numbers< OT scandal humor.
I just asked the Chief and he said none that he knows of. They are only doing tickets for flagrant violations. And his guys have been issued N95 masks with rules when to wear them.
