And you wonder why cops and our ME's office, have such a bad reputation

 

If you have followed the case in Canton of the young women, Sandra Birchmore, who was groomed by three Stoughton cops from the age of 15 and found dead in her apartment in 2021, more disturbing revelations are reported by Boston globe reporter Laura Crimaldi in today’s Globe.

Her death was ruled a suicide by the States ME office. Ms Birchmore’s family have hired a famous forensic pathologist, Dr Michael Baden to review the autopsy results. It turns out that our ME never examined her, Birchmore’s clothing or biological material from a sexual assault kit and preserved fetal tissue because she was pregnant. One Stoughton cop, Matthew Farwell, who admits to having sex with her as an adult was the last person to see Birchmore alive. The estate of Ms. Birchmore is suing all three cops involved with her death and it is very clear to me that a homicide investigation will happen as soon as DNA results become clear. All three officers involved have been decertified and left the police force.

The three cops involved are Robert Devine former deputy chief in Stoughton who led the departments youth program, William Farwell and Matthew Farwell who was the former union president and alleged father of Burchmore’s child.  This is an example of how far some cops have gone wrong. Justice needs to be handed out to all three cops involved but specifically Matthew Farwell for rape of a child and murder to cover up her pregnancy.

2 X cops sentenced in OT fraud case

Some of you may remember the US attorney indicted a bunch of cops who once again fudged time cards to get OT at an evidence warehouse in Boston. It was quite the racket and shows how left with no oversight, even high ranking senior cops will take advantage of the system.   Ten out of 14 charged were found guilty or plead guilty. Most had to pay back the money they stole. I assume the ones who are found guilty are decertified by the POST Commission but won't know until the updated list comes out. It doesn't say if they lost their pension.

Warning disturbing video: A child beaten, by other children, on a Framingham School bus

 This event took places 2 months ago according to the reporter from Channel 10. Someone on that bus recorded the beating and just last week sent the video to the press. It appears a few (school authorities) knew about this when it happened but never made it public. I would have never known anything about this unless I had seen it on Channel 10 and Fox 25. Evidently the bus driver did not stop the bus. Since the news report of last week, the superintendent issued the following statement:

"Framingham Public Schools is deeply concerned about an incident of violence that took place two months ago on one of our school buses. The safety and well-being of our students are our top priorities, and we are committed to ensuring a safe and secure environment for all students while they are in our care, including during transportation to and from school.

School and District Administrators worked directly with the Framingham Police Department to immediately hold students accountable for their actions with appropriate discipline while also providing safety plans for those who needed it. The District has and will continue to work with our transportation vendor to make sure our students are transported to and from school in a safe manner.

We take all incidents of fighting and violence seriously, and this has no place in our schools or on our buses. In addition to ensuring safety, students are held accountable with consequences in alignment with our Code of Character, Conduct, and Support.

Since the incident was reported, there have not been any more problems. Students involved in the incident continue to sit in their assigned seats on the school bus while Administrators check in frequently with the student, the bus driver, and transportation. There have not been any complaints reported, including this student. Of course, we will continue to monitor this situation as we have been for many weeks now."
