7.20 hearing more documented evidence against Trump

The must watch TV hearing last night was not only informative but shocking to see the President sat idly by while his loyalist fans were breaking into the capital hunting for VP Pence. If there was any doubt as to Trump's part is all this, it should be gone now.

Facts matter and the witnesses last night are proof that even hard core republican Trump supporters and employee's couldn't stand by and watch the demise of our democracy.

Can't wait to see the next edition of hearings in September.  By then, Trump may be convicted in Georgia for trying to change the election results and the pressure he put on the election officials down there.

Revalations from the Mayor and CFO about water billing

So we don't have to stay up late to watch the Mayor's report now. His report is near the beginning of the council meetings. And what a revelation that was heard from the Mayor and CFO about why we have had such a drop in water billing. The CFO and Mayor suggest the problem started in 2017/18. We know now that for the most part, large commercial water users were not billed correctly because of faulty meters, untrained water department employee's for programming water meters and the lack of oversight everywhere in the accounting of water bills. At one point the Mayor is heard saying the programming of water meters has never been done correctly. He and the CFO say this problem will not effect the 18k households in Town. And when fixed later this year, water rates could come down.

My guess is that this issue with meters, software and billing was around way before 2017/18, but as the Mayor pointed out, no one can be held accountable, not even the manufacture.

 Starts at 27:20 to 57:00

Excruciating video of Uvaldi cops doing nothing while kids were being killed

This video is just heartbreaking to watch and even more heartbreaking for the parents of those kids who were in the classroom begging for the cops to rescue them.  The heavely armed police didn't have the guts to confront that crazy shooter and whats worse is that we are still hearing and seeing facts that are slowly and painfully being released. One resource officer drove by the shooter to fast to do anything and another had the shooter in his sights but waited for superiors to tell him to shoot.

I still am waiting to hear from SC Chair Sousa or anybody in the FPS administration for answers to me questions about Framingham's readiness and how we can help prevent such a horrific disaster from happening here.

More direct evidence Trump was out of controll

The hearing yesterday was a block buster show with the testomony of Stephen Ayres, a former Trump follower who has pleaded guilty to federal charges and who has apploigized to the capital officers who were at the hearing. for his part at the capital riot.

Ayers did say he did not believe now that the election was stolen, since he's gotten off social media, lost his job and had to sell his home.

I also learned the exstent of carziness surrouding Trump, Syndey Powell, Rudy, Flyn and other fanatics all feeding into the mind of a out of controll president.

The biggest revelantion from Chenny was the fact that Trump tryied to contact a witness that has not been before the committee. An attempt it seems at witness tampering, a federal crime.

Next week we could see the last hearing with more testimony that may encourage Garland to indict Trump. And while that's happening, Georgia will be indicting Trump for trying to change the election results by intimidation.

And for a insider look at the Trump family during the final days of the election leading up to Jan 6th, an film producer was allowed access to Trump and his family in a docu series called, "Unprecedented". It's on Discover plus and is in 3 parts. You can watch it for free for 7 days before you have to pay to subscribe to Discovery. We watched the last part last night. The film was not edited by Trump of his family.

Will there be more officer's retiring from FPD in the coming weeks?

Could we see more officers with last name ending in A through H retire or move on as a result of the POST requirements for officers to be certified or be fired for not being so?  We’ve seen this in the past few years as the OT scandal unraveled at the MSP. The top four at the State Police knew they were caught and retired before they could be fired or criminally charged.

I’m not saying Blass could not be certified for sure but it does look suspicious he retiring last week. If you retire before the certification process, I believe you’d not make the list of those who didn’t.

And lets not forget, the officer who shot and killed Eurie Stamps and the officer who got caught urinating on a building pulled his gun on the property owner and those who have sued FPD and those who are on the Brady list of officers who Marion Ryan will not ask to testify in court and those who have had excessive force charges and complaints lodged. I suspect Lester Baker is struggling with the POST certification process.

From the Patch: The Framingham Police Department announced this week the retirement of veteran officer Kenneth Blass.

Over the course of his 32-year career, Blass has served with the Mass Department of Corrections and the Ashland Police Department. For the past 24 years, he has been an officer with the Framingham Police Department, according to a department Facebook post Thursday evening.

Blass, known as "Hoss" by his friends and colleagues, was considered an "unofficial leader."
