Sexual Harassment at Town Hall or.... where you work

The flood gates have opened all around us. Weinstien and Senator Moore have given women and men.. the confidence to come out the closet.. and tell their story. Every industry seems to be effected. I wonder if there are Town employee's who have suffered or still suffer harassment at the Local government level.
Tonight I heard about Charlie Rose. An icon in the industry and in my mind as well. Tomorrow will be another person, celebrity, politician in the news hitting on fellow employees.

So this page is completely anonymous and if you have been harassed at work.. I'm thinking public safety is prime hunting ground, after all, if they are willing to steal, kill, or sue their employer, cheat on OT and sick time,  they may be willing to go to any lengths to get what they want.

No names.. or names.. I'm just interested, after all, we are just like most America.

Giombetti is elected Council Chair

Not surprising to see Dennis being elected Chair and Sisitky as vice chair. Funny how the new government looks just like to old government. But we knew that going in. All eyes are going to be on them now to get things going. Look for lots of committe's and sub committees to tackle what Town Meeting did for hundreds of years..

FFD in the news again

According to the MWDN, one of our own robbed a bank, admitted it and said he spent the money already. He got 1K.. he makes nearly 70K? Can you imagine the overtime his absence will be? He's on administrative leave. Now that we know Cannon was endorsed by FFD, one has to wonder if he (Cannon) will support a complete top to bottom review of FFD.  My bet is he will get lots of money, even though he goes to jail. I'm sorry to hear he's a Veteran with more than a few rifles, and other guns in his home. Funny how the Metro West Drug Force, all 5 of them, arrested him. If that had been a black man.. he may have been killed. Lets see what the Mayor does with this pattern of bad emplyoee's in our Public Safety departments that bring shame to our Town.
